Hotel & Bar distributes commercial catering equipment from all the major names and brands – Hobart, Robot Coupe, Williams Refrigeration, Rational, Falcon, Parry, Lincat, Gram, Precision Refrigeration, Imperial, and many others.
Products include refrigeration, cooking, preparation, ware-washing and fabrication, including extract canopies, preparation tables, wall cladding, safety flooring, light equipment, and a wide range of kitchen utensils and accessories.

Equipment – what is the right choice?
Determining the right piece of equipment or kitchen layout for any caterer involves dialogue.  We discuss the menu, the customer, the location, opening hours, fresh or frozen produce, storage, regularity of deliveries, budget. 
We assess the availability of spare parts and service engineer back-up because some manufacturers have extensive coverage in some areas and not in others, and we discuss types of warranty. We discuss what the operator expects out of the equipment, and we talk about ways to provide the right equipment in the most efficient way.

We discuss finance options – outright purchase, lease (with or without maintenance cover), and we accept all major credit cards, with incentives for pre-payment.
